Sooji or Rava – 2cups
Sugar – 1 Cup minus 2 Tbsp
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Cashewnuts and Raisins – 2 tsp each
Cardomom Powder – Optional
Hot Milk as required to make ladoos
- Heat the ghee and fry the nuts keep aside.
- In the same pan fry the sooji till it reaches nice aroma.
- Cool it then powder sooji and sugar separately.
- Mix powders and fried nuts in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle milk little by little and try to make balls, If you can then make ladoos otherwise sprinkle more milk.
