Jack Fruit Smoothie

We got the sliced whole Jack fruit in korean market. I chopped the fruit and mixed with pan cake syrup (instead of Honey) for my daughter, she liked it much. My 1 yr old son was looking her ,so i suddenly made this Jack fruit smoothie for him, first time i made it and was wondering with the taste.

Homemade Chicken Pan Pizza From Scratch | Pizza With Thick Base


Ingredients for Pizza Base
APF/Maida Flour or Bread Flour - 2 Cups (Makes one 16" Pan Pizza)
Active dry Yeast - 1n1/4tsp
Salt - 3/4tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Water + Milk - 1/2 Cup
Olive Oil - 1tbsp
Chicken Juice/Broth - 1/2 Cup (Described below)

Baked Healthy Tilapia Fish

This is one of my weekly routine recipe for kids. This won't take more than 10mins of baking n you can cook in dosa pan too. A very very healthy oil-less seafood recipe, definitely ur kids will enjoy it. Even this soft baked fish is good for all age groups. Somehow I forget this post n was sitting in archive for long time for better pictures, yup I did it now :-), will come up with another spicy version soon even that is in archive now. Thanks Swasti for reminding it :-)

Goat | Lamb | Mutton Liver Fry

Red | Green Keerai Thogayal | Red Green Amaranth Leaves Chutney

After coming to US, this is the first time i saw red / pink keerai in the Indian store. During my childhood days i used to pick fresh red leaves in our vegetable garden. My mom usually makes poriyal, for a change i prepared this chutney and came out very well. No onion or garlic, so simple to prepare and tastes great. This keerai thugaiyal goes well for rice, tiffin varieties and going to come up with one more recipe with this, stay tuned :-)
