Whole Grain Penne Veggie Pasta | Indian Way

I prefer healthiest version in each and every product (Whole grain Bread, Multi grain Flour, Whole grain Pasta etc).When compared to regular pasta whole grain pastas are rich in fiber and other vitamins. I am not an addict to Pastas. I pack lunch with Variety Rice and Poriyal for my DH in alternate weekdays.  He even dislikes and requested me to stop rice.So nowadays pasta is included in our weekday lunch special :-).

No Bake Low Fat Strawberry Cheesecake or Jello Cake Using Curd Yoghurt

Look at the picture; can you believe these slices are not baked? Thought of experimenting a no bake cake and came out very well in my very first attempt (Done 3 times before posting here). It took lot of time for me to give a suitable title :). All the ingredients are usual stocks in our kitchen pantry except Gelatin/Pectin. I prepared the cake with two layers, Base layered with powdered biscuit n topped with Creamy Strawberry layer. My son enjoyed this dessert very much...
