Vanilla Cake in Pressure Cooker | Tea Kadai Cake | Basic Pressure Cooker Cake with Cardamom Flavor

Basic/White Sponge cake with cardamom flavor is more popular in village side shops/peti kadai. I have not added any cream or fantasy to this cake, simple ingredients and even pressure cooked. Today is my son’s 2nd birthday and he loves this cardamom flavored cake to core. 2 days back we returned from long vacation

Gramathu Kozhi Saaru | கிராமத்து கோழிச்சாறு | Country Style Chicken Gravy II

This gravy won’t be thick and prepared as saaru/rasam(watery) which goes well with rice and tiffin varieties.
