Bienenstich Kuchen | German Bee Sting Cake

Merry Christmas to all my dear Friends, Readers and Bloggers. Lets celebrate the holidays with Bienenstich Kuchen, also known as the German Bee Sting Cake. Bienenstich is not really a bread but a traditional German sweet yeasted cake that has a baked on topping of crunchy almond toffee-like layer and filled with a vanilla pastry cream. Bienenstich is traditionally eaten as dessert and also served with tea or coffee and probably got its name from the honey flavoured topping. Yule Log Cake | Bûche de Noël (French) | Traditional Christmas Special Cake Recipe

Again frosted on the outside, Bûches are often served with a portion of one end of the cake cut off and set on top of the cake or protruding from its side to resemble a chopped off branch, and bark-like texture is often produced in the buttercream frosting for further realism. This is often done by dragging a fork through the frosting/icing. The most common combination is a basic yellow sponge cake, frosted and filled with chocolate buttercream. Chapathi and Veggies Stir Fry from Leftover Chapathis

I hate plain chapathi, for health concerns take those but like stuffed varieties much. I have few stuffed chapathi recipes in my space…Whenever I make plain chapathi for my H lunch box, I usually get some left overs and kids sometimes eat n sometimes not. So I refrigerate in ziploc bag and make veggies mixed stir fry for lunch or dinner. Also kids hate raw Broccoli, so I stuff in this stir fry with other vegetables. Try this healthy version not only with leftovers also you can make this with fresh chapathis as well. If you are
