Mango Kulfi with Just 3 Ingredients Video Tutorial

Ingredients
  • Heavy Cream - 1.25 Cups
  • Condensed Milk - 3/4 Cup
  • Mango Puree - 1 Cup Homemade puree with 1/4 cup sugar
  • Cardamom Powder - 1.5 tsp Optional you can replace with your favorite flavor
Instructions
  1. Mix all together if needed add some sprinkles at the bottom of the cups, I did so for my kids.
  2. Freeze it for a while say 1 hour.
  3. Then when the kulfi is stiff insert the sticks.
  4. Now wrap it with cling wrap and
  5. Now again freeze for a while say 2 hours or overnight before enjoying.
  6. For the round pan kulfi take a round dish plate, wrap with cling wrap on the bottom so that the kulfi wont stick once done.
  7. Once wrapped add the kulfi mixture, if possible cover the top with cling wrap as well.
  8. Allow the mixture to set for 5 hours at least or overnight.
  9. Once set flip it on a serving plate cut them when they are super chill.
  10. That's is now its the time to relish in this hot summer :-)
