Recipe Notes
  1. You can bake the brownie base in one pan and cut it later in to two layers later make sure the cake is chilled before doing it.
  2. The Chocolate Sauce or Syrup is nothing but Hot Fudge Sauce or Chocolate Hot Fudge or Sundae Syrup available in stores which are used to top brownies and ice cream. Also you can make it at home by melting chocolate chips with heavy cream.
  3. You can still use your cake pan make sure to increase the height using parchment paper and here wrap the pan with clear wrap before adding your parchment paper and cake board. This clear wrap helps to lift your cake out of the pan once its assembled and frozen. Do check over hanged paper in Neapolitan ice cream cake for reference.
  4. If the melted chocolate ganache thickens then warm in microwave or double boiler to attain perfect dripping consistency.
