  1. How to assemble Vada Pav?
  2. Toast the buns/pav in the pan with butter or ghee before assembling and toasting enhances the taste and flavor of this vada pav (when you toast the bun, it shrinks so for picture perfect I skipped in the displays).
  3. Slice the bun in the center and make sure the other end is in intact and don't split into halve (Pic 2).
  4. Apply all the chutneys/dip prepared (Pic 3 & 4)
  5. Can press the potato vada gently (Pic 5) before placing inside the pav so that you feel easy to eat.
  6. Add green chili on top (Pic 6), drizzle some chutneys on top and do serve.
