Dry roast the sesame seeds with salt till light golden brown.
Transfer it in to another plate and allow to cool.
In the same pan dry roast all the other ingredients till nice aroma arrives.
Blend all together to coarse/fine powder
while blending to fine powder sesame seeds leaves oil it doesn’t matter , just stop at this point.
Best to go with rice/idli/dosa.
