Eggless Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies | Christmas Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate chip shortbread cookies are a perfect snack with a cup of coffee or tea, can be sandwiched with cream and serve it as after school snack for the kiddos. These Chocolate cookies are slightly crisp and taste is just out of the world. They are very easy to make as well, Just roll the dough as a log, cut in to even slices, if the slices are reasonable thin as mine ( ¼ inches ) you will get perfect lightly crispy cookies. If they are thick like 1/3 inch then they are moist and so soft. This is one among the several cookies I made for cookie exchange event (refer below pic for the collection of cookies i made), among all this cookie is my personal favorite :-)

Homemade Graham Crackers | Eggless Cinnamon Wheat Crackers

http://www.nithaskitchen.com/2017/05/homemade-graham-crackers-eggless.html
Graham crackers or Digestive Biscuits are made from whole wheat flour that has not been sifted. It were originally invented in the early 1800s by a Presbyterian minister by the name of Sylvester Graham, who introduced this and believed that a vegetarian diet attained by home-made whole grain bread made of natural stone ground and coarsely ground whole wheat flour at home keeps people healthy. Later his followers created graham flour, graham crackers, and graham bread in US and marketed; Graham did not invent these products nor profit from them. I have made it few months back for the cheesecake purpose and mentioned it in the recipe HERE, you can check the recipe how I powdered these crackers and made crust or base for cheesecake with step by step pictorial. Chocolate Crinkle Cookies | Christmas Holiday Cookies

There are lots of Christmas events happening around us. This year I am baking more cookies for several reasons, one main reason is homemade cookie exchange among Teachers happening at my daughter class this week☺. So among few cookies that I have baked, the crinkle cookies is one among it. These cookies are so chocolaty and unlike other baking these has to be out from the oven when the center looks little raw and soft. That's how it will become soft and not dried so much when it cooled completely.

Chocolate Cream Cookies | Eggless and Reduced Fat Version

I had my routine health checkup months back. The very friendly staffs treated my kids with pumpkin frosted cookies n chocolate chip cookies. I never failed to taste those after coming home, hmm as a blogger/baker immediately tried both at home. Both were success in my first attempt itself n already posted the Pumpkin frosted cookies. The second one it says chocolate chips but couldn't find any whole chips to bite, so I adapted my Old fashioned cookies recipe n its truly delicious. I prepared it several times as snack for weekend day out but couldn’t find time to click it…At last I made it J by filling whipped cream in between cookies like sandwich spread. Simple to make n I assure that you never go wrong anywhere…

Eggless Pumpkin Shaped Sugar Cookies with Pumpkin Sugar Icing

This is the apt recipe to share during Halloween I believe. I used cardboard to make pumpkin shape and tapped using knife. Even you don't need piping bag or tool tips to decorate the cookies, I applied frosting by making small hole in the ziploc bag and also uses toothpick to fill the icing over cookies, so easy n interesting indeed? Try this n get ready to treat the nonstop knocking, spooky kids today :). I recently got pumpkin cookie cutter so updated the recipe with and without cookie cutter versions...Here comes the detailed post with pumpkin sugar royal icing...
