Rice Flour - 2 Cup
Butter - 3 Tbsp (Room Temperature)
Sesame Seeds - 2tsp
Hing/Asafoetida - 1/4tsp (Optional)

This recipe is a good alternate to those who doesn't like chana dal. This moong dal vadas tastes good n can be shaped either as authentic round or small round balls or just sprinkle it to get crisp pakoda/pakoras.
