Whole Wheat Walnut Blueberry Muffins From Scratch

When I get fresh blueberries the first thing comes to my mind is to bake muffins so that my kids have it for morning snack at school. Sometimes I use baking paper so that they feel comfortable while eating. I have few blueberry based bakes especially muffins in my blog will list it out below. Last time when I posted similar muffin recipe in Facebook group few people asked whether they can add dried blueberries..If you get only dried blueberries, yes you can use very well in this recipe instead of fresh ones, in that case please reduce sugar level. For the muffin topping you can use any streusel and here I have used two different topping, one is sprinkling some leftover

Spinach and Vegetable Quiches in Muffin Pan | Crustless Quiche | Savory Muffins

Quiche (/ˈkiːʃ/ keesh) is a savory, open-faced pastry crust with a filling of savory custard with cheese, meat, seafood, and/or vegetables. It is part of French cuisine but popular worldwide and particularly as party food. I made it first time for my daughter's birthday party in last October and after that i made several times for H's thanksgiving potluck at office, so n so. When Swathi asked to try this for October month baking partners challenge, i couldn't post it on time. Since quiche has been turned in to my daughters favorite, i may come with crust based quiche in future. Also I don't want the quiche too eggy

How to bake Cup Cakes/Muffins

 Baking Essentials

Today I am here to share few ideas about baking Muffins and Cup cakes.

With Muffin Pans
(a) If using non stick muffin pans then spray oil before droping the batter which is easy to clean after baking, since it is a non stick pan, we can directly bake add the batter to bake cupcakes or muffins without any liners, here is my strawberry cupcakes recipe as an example for it. .
(b) Or Line up with paper liner/baking cups alone, for picture check the Pomegranate cupcakes recipe link here.

If not having Muffin pans
(c) Use foil baking cups which comes with foil sheet and paper liner as shown in the picture over oven safe pans or on aluminum foil sheets.
(d) Or use oven safe silicone baking cups (upto 500°F), just grease/spray butter/oil and bake.
(e) For parties, get decorative baking cups, place over the foil baking cups and bake it as said above.
