Thakkali Sandhagai / Tomato Sevai is very popular in Kongu Cuisine. I have mentioned a story about idiyappam/sevai in Authentic Sandhagai Recipe. Also refer the same recipe to make idiyappam/Nool puttu. Crispy Bhakarwadi | Savory Bakarwadi Recipe From Scratch

This Bhakarwadi post is supposed to publish before Diwali but i couldn't make it anyways this is a perfect tea time snack you can try and munch all time. Since this is the first time experience with bhakarwadis my mind was thinking all the time for the masala stuff not to come out while deep frying.
