Now the brownie, Ice Cream all ready to assemble.

My sieve is little less than 8 inch so trimmed the 8 inch brownie base as shown in the video.

Whatever rim or spring foam you use make sure the brownies fit in it.

Increase the height of the sieve as shown for that grease the inner sieve with butter and then stick the parchment paper.

Place cake rim or the sieve rim without plate or spring foam pan over cake board (make sure the cake board is little wider than the cake for easy working.

Place the first layer of brownie base.

Add half of the Chocolate Syrup / Sauce, gently brush the sides and not to overflow.

Now add half of the Oreo Ice Cream and level it.

Place the second layer of cake, top it with remaining chocolate sauce followed by remaining Oreo Ice Cream.

Place it in the freezer for 6 hours or until set.

Mean while you can make the Whipped Cream for Icing the cake.

Take the frozen cake, remove the pan and parchment paper.

Do frost the cake neatly if desired.

Chill the frosted cake for a while and smooth it with hot water if necessary.

Melt the chocolates / wafers in microwave or double boiler to smooth consistency with necessary heavy cream.

Once it cools to room temperature (still in pouring consistency) pour it over Iced cake.

Add the same in a piping bag with small round hole or using spoon do make dripping effect on the sides of the cake.

Add the leftover Oreo whipped cream in a piping bag with Wilton tool tip 1 M.

Pipe the cream on the top of the cake as you desire.

Place sliced Oreo cookies over it.

Serve chilled :-)
