3 Ingredients Mango Kulfi video recipe
Today’s 3 ingredients mango kulfi takes just 5 minutes to prepare when you have cream and condensed milk at home. Mango Kulfi aka Mango Ice Cream is a chilled dessert to relish in summer. I have few varieties in my blog do check Mango Recipes.  My kids always prefer homemade ice creams and kulfi so usually we buy mangoes in box . And so mine is homemade mango puree blended with few tbsps of sugar so adjust the sugar before dropping the kulfi mixture in molds. Also I used a round bowl for the kulfi shown below in the picture don’t forget to watch the video 🙂 . Click here to Jump to the Video Tutorial.

3 Ingredients Mango Kulfi

Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream – 1.25 Cups
Condensed Milk – 3/4 Cup
Mango Puree – 1 Cup (Homemade puree with 1/4 cup sugar)
Cardamom Powder – 1.5 tsp (Optional you can replace with your favorite flavor)

According to your mangoes adjust sugar in the kulfi mixture by either adding powdered sugar or 1/4 cup condensed milk
