After 8 months of house arrest, took kids out to Hanuman mandir this evening (they never had a single car ride even inside our community for the past 8 months, they refused so) and then outside food after these long days ☺️ 👉 #igstory

How are you all? Well I am here to say Hi and the reason for my absence. Since fall is approaching , utilized the past week for cleaning the garden, also we bought new tree and shrubs will talk about it later. It's tough to balance teaching kids, cooking, gardening, blogging and being active in social medias. Today is holiday for us and so I am here with the veg lunch spread I made recently. Today prepared a big batch of rice flour at home, ahead of the festival (tomorrow is chaturthi for us) to ease the cooking process. Also made some Thengaai Poorana Kozhukattai using the homemade flour (Pachai Arisi maavu) and few snacks. The classic Kozhukattai Recipe with thin layer is up in my YouTube channel, provided two methods for beginners to prepare the outer layer and link is in bio.

This was my last year milestone birthday cake and now you know my favorite 😊 Its a beginner tutorial recipe, decorated using very simple tools so anyone can try it.
