Summer break was over and kids are on 2nd week of

Summer break was over and kids are on 2nd week of virtual learning. So back to back work Shaba mudiyala ithula learning coach nu oru pattam vera 🙄. After 2 days of rain , today went to the garden and these were the fresh produce I picked early morning. Used Gongura, konjam long beans and a small portion of bottle gourd for today's lunch and kept few of them in the refrigerator and some in freezer (more details in IG stories and swipe to see our lunch pic)

Thanks to everyone who appreciated and asked what I am going to do with the jumbo #bottlegourd from my garden after seeing the video shared in #igstory. Seriously it's jumbo felt tough to cover in the picture 😃. And these are my two days garden produce..Today I am planning to cook dishes with some of these produce by following already existing recipes from the blog. Also planning to shoot videos (let's see how it's going to work) for those existing recipes. Once they are shared in YouTube I will reveal it here 😊

How are you all? Well I am here to say Hi and the reason for my absence. Since fall is approaching , utilized the past week for cleaning the garden, also we bought new tree and shrubs will talk about it later. It's tough to balance teaching kids, cooking, gardening, blogging and being active in social medias. Today is holiday for us and so I am here with the veg lunch spread I made recently.
