Happy Deepavali/ Diwali 🪔🎉 🥟 Peeps. I am happy that Diwali falls in the weekend 😉 Yes that's a real happiness we have when we celebrate in the other part of the world. Otherwise it will be a busy day for others in my family and a normal cooking day for me . So this year I made everything in advance , nalla sappittu, planning to have some family photo shoot after ages. Due to covid made a very little amount of snack and limiting the share with mere neighbors that's all. This year it's a no crackers/pattasu Diwali for us, (illaina marttum enna Oru kambi matappu rendu bushvanam viduvom avalodhan). Also we added some lights in front of our house for the first time. Some pics in IG stories to enjoy 😊

Welcoming December with this yummy fusion Eggless Rose Tres Leches cake. This was the birthday cake I made in last October for my daughter's birthday with her favorite sweets/ mithai and made it according to her request ☺️. Cake in detail
Eggless and Butterfree Cardamom Milk Powder based Sponge Layers.
The layers were soaked in Three milks and I adapted it to a simplified Rose rabri/rabdi version.
