How are you all? Well I am here to say Hi and the reason for my absence. Since fall is approaching , utilized the past week for cleaning the garden, also we bought new tree and shrubs will talk about it later. It's tough to balance teaching kids, cooking, gardening, blogging and being active in social medias. Today is holiday for us and so I am here with the veg lunch spread I made recently. Happy Aavani Avitam and Rakshabandhan friends. From Varalakshmi Pooja till now, back to back festivals in a very short time. I v cooked a lot, sharing one which I made for Aadi Perukku. Since it was my special day, The day started with bed coffee and toasted bread by my son. The whole family made loom bracelet swipe to see their precious quarantine gifts 😃 (also these pics were clicked by my daughter) . I didn't make any sweet so kept Palm candy (panang karkandu) in the plate , I later realized it was missing 😉 That no deep fried no sweet lunch thali includes (left to right)

Its a 10 month wait to see long beans (Kaaramani) in my garden (shared video in IG story). I started long beans last year with 6 plants and it gave abundant yield. This year I sowed prev year seeds and plants were growing nicely. When they were about to flower , few plants were eaten by Rabbit. The escaped ones started producing beans now. So today I got enough beans to make poriyal and our lunch platter was Idharku Thane Asaipattai Bala Kumara 😃 . Hope I flood my insta feed with more garden produces...
