Every Friday my Husband has breakfast in his office. A group of people take turn and each person brings brekkie for 25 people on every Friday. And immediately after Pongal festival he said it’s his turn to take food to office. Since he informed the previous day late evening, with minimal Idli batter I managed to prepare the below menu that early morning.

🍱 Khara Pongal (Rice and Dal mixed one pot meal)
🍱 Toor Dal Sambar for Pongal

Eggless Rava Cake loaded with Turmeric. It is called as Sfouf in Lebanese cuisine 😊. A perfect tea cake with homemade fresh spice mix (yeah this cake has unique spice mix) and I went one step ahead with sugar glaze which gives amazing taste and finish to it.

Its one of my typical cooking when kids go school and this was clicked on their last day of school. Kids start from home at 6.40am so my work starts before 5. They eat lunch at 10.40am in school. So they take lunch after returning home at 3pm. They prefer #southindianfood
🍢 Made idli and served with podi for 6.25am breakfast along with orange fresh juice(swipe to see).
🍢 Tomato Pasta in their lunch boxes.
