Vegan Papaya Juice Recipe


Ingredients

Well Ripened Papaya – 1 Number (Medium size)
Lemon – 1 Number Medium size
Water – 4 – 5 Cups
Sugar – As Needed
Salt  – A Pinch

How to make Vegan Papaya Juice

  • Clean and scoop the edible portion of papaya fruit.
  • Extract to fine puree using blender.
  • Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and water, mix well.
  • Serve with ice cubes if desired.

Notes:

  1. You can add cardamom powder.
  2. Skip sugar and add honey as well.
