Rava Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients

Sooji or Rava – 2cups

Sugar – 1 Cup minus  2 Tbsp
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Cashewnuts and Raisins – 2 tsp each
Cardomom Powder – Optional
Hot Milk as required to make ladoos

Method

  • Heat the ghee and fry the nuts keep aside.
  • In the same pan fry the sooji till it reaches nice aroma.
  • Cool it then powder sooji and sugar separately.
  • Mix powders and fried nuts in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle milk little by little and try to make balls, If you can then make ladoos otherwise sprinkle more milk.
  • I love raisins so added lot, adding raisins or cashewnuts is upto you.
