Here comes the mixed fruit smoothie aka Mango Strawberry Orange Smoothie, It’s a very healthy and refreshing juice. The fruits have natural sugar content in it so you no need to add any extra sugar to the smoothie, if needed you can add teaspoons of honey while blending the fruits. - Wash the fruits, hull the strawberries and keep aside.
- Peel the skin of mangoes and extract the pulp from mangoes and keep aside.
- You can either add orange or orange juice.
- Blend all together with optional sugar/honey and water/ice cubes if required in a food processor/mixie.
Mango – 2 Numbers or Pulp – 3/4th Cup
Strawberry – 10 Numbers or Puree – 3/4th Cup
Orange – 2 Numbers (small) or Orange Juice – 1/3 Cup
Lemon Juice – 1tsp (Optional)
Sugar or Honey – Optional (Honey is not vegan)
Water or Ice cubes – As Required
