Mango Strawberry Orange Smoothie | Mixed Fruit Juice

Here comes the mixed fruit smoothie aka Mango Strawberry Orange Smoothie, It’s a very healthy and refreshing juice. The fruits have natural sugar content in it so you no need to add any extra sugar to the smoothie, if needed you can add teaspoons of honey while blending the fruits.  The fresh fruits used here in this smoothie are Mango, Strawberries and Orange and this smoothie is a best energy provider for kids when they return from school and it’s also a good booster for adults…

  • Wash the fruits, hull the strawberries and keep aside.
  • Peel the skin of mangoes and extract the pulp from mangoes and keep aside.
  • You can either add orange or orange juice.
  • Blend all together with optional sugar/honey and water/ice cubes if required in a food processor/mixie.

Ingredients

Mango – 2 Numbers or Pulp – 3/4th Cup
Strawberry – 10 Numbers or Puree – 3/4th Cup
Orange – 2 Numbers (small) or Orange Juice – 1/3 Cup
Lemon Juice – 1tsp (Optional)
Sugar or Honey – Optional (Honey is not vegan)
Water or Ice cubes – As Required

Method

  • Wash the fruits (Pic 1), hull the strawberries and keep aside.
  • Peel the skin of mangoes and extract the pulp from mangoes and keep aside or you can use store bought pulp as well (Pic 1).
  • You can either add orange (Pic 2) or orange juice.
  • Blend all together with optional sugar/honey and water/ice cubes (Pic 2) if required in a food processor/mixie.
  • Add extra ice cubes or cold water if needed (Pic 3).
  • Serve Chill (Pic 4).
