Ingredients For Fudge

Dark Chocolate – 120gms
Unsalted Butter – 100gms
Vanilla Essence – 1/4tsp

Brown Sugar -25gms

Almond Powder – 3 Tbsp (Optional)
Cocoa Powder – 6 Tbsp

Fudge Preparation

Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt butter in a heavy bottom pan once it melts add chocolate after it melts completely add sugar, vanilla essence and milk. Mix all together for few minutes(nice aroma), pour this in a bowl re frigate for an hour.

Cake Preparation

Mix butter and sugar beat well with the whisk then add eggs one by one beat well till the mixture is fluffy. Sift flour, cocoa powder, almond powder n baking powder then add to the egg mixture mix well. Pour 1tsp of milk in to the batter mix well if needed add same quantity of milk and repeat the process till it reaches the dropping consistency.

Grease 2 cake pans with butter and flour or place butter paper over the butter greased pan. Split the batter and pour equal proportions in to each pan, spread it evenly. Heat the oven to 180° C or 350 F , bake 30-35mins(check with toothpick).
