Whole Wheat Avocado Paratha : We all know that Avocado plays vital role in Anti-aging…Apart from that, this is one among the top fat burner. Studies show this fruit reduces Blood Pressure, Prevents Heart diseases, Stroke and Few Cancer…Though high in fat it is mono saturated and also rich in Fiber, Potassium, Folic Acid, Vitamin E and K etc…So whenever available in the market, try this paratha and keep your inner organs too clean and healthy. I grind few onions, tomato, green chili along with Avocado for making this Paratha, so yogurt raita is enough to accompany… Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour / Atta Flour – 3 Cups
Avocado – 2 Numbers
Onion – Less than 1/2 (Optional)
Tomato – 1/4 Number (Optional)
Green Chili – 1-2 Number
Yogurt/Curd – 1/2 Cup (Optional)
Salt and Water – As required
Blend Avocado with Onion, Tomato and Green Chilis to fine paste and mix this with flour.
Add Yogurt and Salt, if needed sprinkle water and knead soft smooth dough.
Rest the dough for 30mins.
Make lemon sized balls and roll to round/circle shape
Fold in as you close your book by keeping the center as it is.
Again fold once to make a triangle.
Now gently stretch all over using the rolling pin (You guys do better shapes than me :-)).
Do the same for remaining balls and stack it using butter paper or any non-sticky base.
Heat the Dosa pan when it is hot place one at a time, cook well by flipping both sides.
