Banana Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

Ripen Banana -2 (Large) Numbers
Brown Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Badam + Cashewnut Powder – 2tsp

Method

Whenever your kids hesitate to take raw banana try this. Remove the skin and mash the banana with sugar. Heat ghee in a pan add the mashed banana stir well till it turns light golden brown.

Finally add the badam powder mix for few minutes.

Notes:

1. Using whole nuts may cause choking hazards to children under age 2 so i powdered it.
2. Tilt the pan all over it sides with ghee before adding banana.
4. I powdered badam / almond and Cashew in mixie.
5. You can add more ghee too
